Job summary

Solstice in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, including monthly close and AOP.

You will partner with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business and provide actionable recommendations to support decisions. You will report to the ESM segment CFO, develop and coach team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Comfort with month-end close, reclassing, and accrual journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mature Commercial FP&A team with monthly close and MD&A deliverables.
• Develop leadership in direct reports and coach teams on storytelling to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business objectives and drive trust in Finance.
• Consolidate multiple lines of business to the ESM scope and report variances to CFO.
• Maintain high Say/Do ratio in forecast accuracy and action items from meetings.
