WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnerships across the division.

This highly visible role collaborates with senior Finance and Operations leaders to drive planning initiatives and data-driven insights for strategic decisions, including acquisitions. You will mentor analysts, develop financial models, and ensure best practices in forecasting and KPI dashboards while supporting ongoing process improvements and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights is preferred.
• PowerBI dashboards experience highly recommended.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports and forecasts for assigned units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and KPI dashboards for executives.
• Direct quarterly and annual business reviews with variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop headcount and resource planning models including labor, contractors, and capex/opex.
• Lead ROI analyses and support M&A activities with due diligence and integration planning.
• Mentor analysts and finance managers as the team scales and projects evolve.
