Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic insights across a major division. You will partner with senior Finance and Operations leaders to drive planning, modeling, and data-driven decision making.

This role also mentors the team and leads complex projects including optimization and acquisitions support. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and KPI/dashboard reporting
Experience with merging data from multiple systems to produce executive-ready insights
Ability to scale finance processes in an acquisitive/M&A environment
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with senior leadership
Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis and presentations

Responsibilities

Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports and forecasts
Oversee financial planning processes, reporting automation, and metric dashboards
Direct quarterly and annual business reviews with in-depth variance analysis
Develop headcount and resource planning models including labor, contractors, capex/opex
Support M&A activities with due diligence and integration planning
Mentor analysts and finance managers as the team grows
