WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic analyses for the assigned division. You will drive planning initiatives, mentor analysts, and partner with senior leaders to support growth and acquisitions.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, best practices in modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across the finance function and business units.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience leveraging financial reporting systems, preferably NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and KPI & dashboard reporting.
• Must be comfortable building processes and scaling the organization in acquisitive / M&A environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Experience presenting financial information to executive groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial thought leader, developing partnerships with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses for assigned units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Direct and facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews with variance analysis and action plans.
• Guide headcount and resource planning models including labor, contractors, and capex/opex.
