Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnership across the division.

This role partners with senior finance and operational leaders to drive planning, modeling, and data-driven insights for growth and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive

Qualifications

• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in leveraging financial reporting systems, preferably NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Experience developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards highly recommended.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in detailed budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and KPI & dashboard reporting.
• Must be able to rapidly assimilate financial data from disparate systems and databases to produce timely, accurate, and executive-level reporting and analysis.
• Must be comfortable in acquisitive / M&A environment with continual additions and change.
• Quick learner who is outcome focused with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience leading and managing project teams to completion while also being hands-on.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established policies as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to influence decisions through clear, data-driven analysis and cogent presentation.
• Experience presenting financial information to groups, including executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and analyses for assigned business units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and metric dashboards to deliver actionable insights to executive management.
• Direct and facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews, including variance analysis and recommended action plans.
• Guide headcount and resource planning models, including internal labor, contractors, and capex/opex spending.
• Lead preparation and review of comprehensive ROI analyses for projects.
• Support corporate M&A activities with financial insight and due diligence support.
• Mentor analysts and finance managers as the team scales.
• Represent finance in cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives.
