WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnerships. You will drive planning initiatives, mentor the team, and partner with senior leaders to support growth strategies, including acquisitions and process improvements.

This role requires strong data-driven analysis, expertise in budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and KPI reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses for assigned business units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and metric dashboards to deliver actionable insights to executive management.
• Direct and facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews, including variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop, maintain, and improve headcount and resource planning models (internal labor, contractors, capex/opex).
• Lead ROI analyses for projects and support corporate M&A activities with due diligence and integration planning.
• Mentor analysts and finance managers; collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Represent finance in cross-functional strategic projects and grassroots process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and FP&A best practices.
