WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager for a remote US role. You will provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnerships across the division, driving planning initiatives and data-driven insights to support growth and acquisitions.

You will mentor analysts, develop accurate dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to optimize budgets and capital allocation in a dynamic, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with KPI and dashboard reporting.
• Able to scale processes in an acquisitive/M&A environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
• Proven ability to present financial information to executives.
• Ability to aggregate data from disparate systems for timely reporting.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Result-driven, deadline-focused, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and analyses for assigned units.
• Oversee planning processes, reporting automation, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Direct quarterly and annual business reviews with variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop headcount/resource planning models including labor, contractors, capex/opex.
• Lead ROI analyses for projects and support M&A activities with due diligence.
