WCG is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnership across the division. This role drives planning initiatives, modeling, and data-driven insights to support growth and efficiency at WCG.

You will mentor analysts, lead complex finance projects, and partner with senior leaders to enable informed decision making, including potential M&A support and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and KPI/dashboard reporting.
• Experience leveraging NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights; PowerBI dashboard development is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in data analysis and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and analyses for assigned units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Manage quarterly/annual business reviews with variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop and maintain headcount/resource planning models including capex/opex.
