Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, analysis, and strategic partnerships across the division. The role collaborates with senior Finance and Operations leaders to drive planning, modeling, and data-driven insights for decision making.

The ideal candidate will lead complex finance projects, mentor analysts, and champion best practices in financial modeling, including M&A support and process improvements across One WCG.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI & dashboard reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis and cogent presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and analyses for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain FP&A processes, dashboards, and automation.
• Support M&A activity with due diligence and integration planning.
