Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Manager in the FP&A Business Unit Finance team to lead analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities include developing models, providing executive summaries on key indicators, supporting the annual budget, and implementing BI dashboards to standardize processes across the planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial models and analyses to support critical strategic initiatives and investments.
• Provides executive summaries on Sales, Gross Margin, Payroll, and other indicators.
• Analyzes complex financial data and communicates results to management for decision making.
• Supports annual budget process with initiatives, trends, and operational effectiveness.
• Drives standardization and process improvements across planning areas and reporting.
