Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager in Atlanta to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts across the business unit.

This role designs financial models, provides executive-level summaries, and partners with store leadership to drive performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, a Master’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills; CPA or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Provides executive summaries on key indicators like Sales, GM, Inventory, and Payroll.
• Analyzes complex financial data and presents recommendations to management.
• Supports annual budget process with initiatives and trends.
• Drives standardization and process improvements across planning functions.

Purpose:The Business Unit Finance Team within FP&A is seeking a highly motivated Manager. The position will work as an integral member of an experienced and highly skilled Finance team and responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial and operational data within their respective business unit. Services provided to the business units will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, strategic financial planning, analytics, reporting, as well as working alongside each defined business unit to help them achieve their financial goals.This role is a great opportunity for an individual seeking an opportunity to drive financial performance and implement new processes, reporting, and analytics while fine-tuning technical skills and understanding the growth pillars and strategies of the business. This role blends deep technical analytics and development skills, finance controlling and planning, business stakeholder communications, and near/long-term strategic decision-making.
