Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the company’s forecast, budgeting, and operating plans. The role reports to the Vice President, FP&A and emphasizes variance analysis and strategic projects.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop insights, build financial models, and drive actions to meet targets while maintaining accuracy and timelines. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, SQL, and BI proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA is a plus.
4-7 years’ experience in FP&A or transaction services advisory roles.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, high EQ.
Proactive and responsive in identifying opportunities to drive the business forward.
Strong analytical skills and ability to engage with senior leaders on complex issues.
Hands-on with team members in a management capacity.
Initiative in developing tools and reports to drive the business forward.
Excellent conflict resolution, confidentiality, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Monitor KPIs and variances, partnering with leaders to implement corrective actions.
Provide Ad-Hoc reporting and in-depth analyses for senior management.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze complex data to provide timely financial recommendations.
Partner with internal business unit heads to forecast and analyze financials.
