Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks an experienced Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will create executive summaries for Senior Management and the Board, perform ROI and proforma analyses, and contribute to long-term financial modeling.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and completion of budget/forecast models.
• Analyze actual performance against budget/forecast and monitor KPI trends.
• Implement and work with BI tools and dashboards.
• Provide in-depth analyses to support senior management decisions.
• Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management.
• Complete ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
