Job summary

WCG seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead advanced financial leadership, reporting, analysis, and strategic partnerships across the division. This role partners with senior Finance and Operations leaders to drive planning initiatives and data-driven insights, including growth strategies and acquisitions.

You will mentor analysts, drive budgeting/forecasting, develop dashboards, and ensure accurate headcount and capex/opex planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
8+ years in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
Experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive-level analyses.
Comfortable in acquisitive/M&A environments with change.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial reports and forecasts.
Oversee budgeting, planning processes, and dashboard development.
Drive variance analysis, business drivers, and action recommendations.
Model headcount, labor, capex/opex, and resource planning.
Provide due diligence support and integration planning for acquisitions.
Mentor analysts and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects.
