WCG is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead advanced financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis for the assigned division. This role partners with senior finance and operations to drive data-driven decisions and growth.

You will mentor analysts, optimize budgeting processes, and support M&A activities. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights are required, with PowerBI dashboards highly valued.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and KPI/dashboard reporting.
• Proven experience with financial reporting systems (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Insights); PowerBI dashboards recommended.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior leadership.
• Ability to scale processes and operate in an acquisitive/M&A environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a financial thought leader, developing partnerships with leadership and cross-functional partners at WCG.
• Lead preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial performance reports, forecasts, and analyses for assigned business units.
• Oversee and improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, and metric dashboards for actionable insights.
• Direct quarterly and annual reviews with variance analysis and recommended actions.
• Guide headcount and resource planning models including labor, contractors, capex/opex.
