Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support. You will lead consolidated models and deliver concise insights to drive financial performance across a multi-location network.

A strong candidate has 8+ years in FP&A, advanced analytics, and ERP/BI experience; MBA/MS is preferred, CPA/CFA a plus. This senior role offers cross-functional impact, leadership development, and strategic planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred in finance, analytics or related field.
CPA or CFA credential is a plus.
8+ years in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting within a large, matrixed org.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting for FCS at a consolidated level with ownership of results and models.
Deliver executive-ready reporting; explain drivers and actions for leadership.
Provide analytical and strategic support across finance, ops, and practice leadership.
Develop repeatable reporting tools; improve data governance and automation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Support strategic planning efforts and drive performance management across the network.
