Job summary

Bold seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead global forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning within the Operations group. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver accurate budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and monitor core performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuations and variance from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance and predict future activity.
• Assess deviations from targets and provide insights to leaders across departments.
• Create materials for senior management presentations and decision-making discussions.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams within PST hours to support forecasting needs.
