Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own portions of the budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range FP&A planning.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting cycles.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to align financial goals.
• Standardize FP&A processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve three-statement financial model monthly.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing Actuals vs Budget/Forecast.
• Collaborate with Accounting on reporting accuracy and alignment.
• Contribute to board materials and leadership discussions.
