You will own core financial systems, drive labor productivity analysis, and provide executive-level analyses across departments, partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership.

The role requires five years in FP&A plus two years of supervisory experience, advanced Excel, and experience with enterprise planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Five years of progressive FP&A/budgeting experience.
• Two years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience administering an enterprise budgeting/planning system.
• Strong Excel modeling across multi-source data.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating budget process and forecasting cycles.
• Own budgeting/planning systems configuration, data loads, and reporting.
• Deliver labor productivity analyses and benchmarking.
• Produce ad hoc financial analyses and executive dashboards.
• Model financial impact of programs and policy changes.
• Coach analysts and sustain standard work.
• Collaborate with CFO on board materials.
• Automate recurring reports and improve timeliness.
