Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to direct budgeting, forecasting and strategic analytics. You’ll own models, drive executive reporting, and partner with C-suite to improve financial performance.

The role emphasizes governance, automation of dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration within a large, national network of cancer care providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
8+ years FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics experience.
Experience presenting to C-suite and across functions.
Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and forecasting leadership for consolidated results, PDP, gross margin and operating profit.
Deliver executive-ready reporting and highlight risks and opportunities.
Provide analytical and strategic support for planning efforts.
Develop repeatable reporting tools, dashboards and ensure data governance.
Collaborate across finance, operations and leadership to drive performance improvements.
