Job summary

MASA is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and management reporting from Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role drives the annual budget, quarterly forecast, multi-year outlook, and the reporting package for executives and investors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, ERP/FP&A system expertise, and practical AI usage in finance. Collaboration with Treasury, Accounting, and commercial leaders is essential as the organization builds out

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years FP&A experience as a finance partner to commercial/operating leaders.
Own the full annual budget and forecast cycle in a multi-segment environment.
Build finance processes from scratch and drive improvements.
Advanced Excel and experience with ERP and FP&A systems; BI tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast end-to-end, publish planning calendar and templates.
Develop multi-year enterprise financial outlook with scenario analysis.
Own monthly financial reporting to execs and external stakeholders.
Manage rolling cash flow forecast and working capital analysis with Treasury/Accounting.
Partner with leaders to assess financial trends, business cases, and cost optimization.
Lead capital expenditure and investment review processes with ROI analysis.
