The START Center for Cancer Research is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for a remote role in the United States. The role partners with Accounting, Operations, Integrations, Technology, and other corporate functions to translate business activity into financial outcomes and communicate insights to senior leadership and investors.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling, and expertise with systems such as

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Revamp corporate FP&A reporting, including monthly department reviews, budgeting and forecasting processes, and spend-by-department summaries.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting for corporate functions, working with department leaders to improve forecast accuracy and accountability for spend.
• Prepare the Corporate MD&A and supporting materials for senior leadership and investors, analyzing results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods to explain key trends, operational drivers, and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that provide visibility into operating expenses, cash flow, and key business drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to support executive decision‑making, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
