This role emphasizes ownership of planning activities, board materials, and ad hoc analysis, with opportunities to improve forecasting, data integrity, and cross‑department collaboration. A CPA or advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6+ years in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to maintain integrated financial statements.
• Experience with manufacturing and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own portions of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis vs budget and forecast.
• Maintain three-statement financial model.
• Model operational impacts of cost changes, inventory, and processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans.
• Support reporting and leadership presentations.
• Improve FP&A processes and data integrity.
• Assist with board materials and strategic planning.
