Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or STEM; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in a professional services FP&A role.
• Strong foundation in forecasting, budgeting, variance and scenario modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to explain complex models.
• Excellent executive presentation skills; translate analysis into insights.
• Experience with large data sets; familiarity with BI tools and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue, cost, and cash flow planning.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, matter activity, staffing, and business drivers.
• Support strategic growth analyses including profitability, headcount, and expenses.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations with clear narratives, risks, and actions.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and dashboards.
• Translate data into practical insights for planning, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning; support leadership with materials.
