Job summary

Dechert is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager in the United States. This hands-on role focuses on complex modeling, forecasting, cost and cash flow analysis, and executive-ready financial presentations.

You will lead analytics in a flat Finance team, own models from framing to delivery, and partner with BI and finance colleagues to support planning, pricing, staffing, and strategic decisions. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a professional services FP&A role.
• Strong Excel modeling, budgeting, and scenario work.
• Experience turning data into executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a flat, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasts, costs, and profitability.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends and business drivers.
• Support growth analyses, including projected revenue, staffing, and expenses.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Benchmark performance against internal and external data.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources.
