Job summary

Precisely is a data integrity leader. The Senior Financial Analyst - GTM role is fully remote in the United States and partners with Sales, Sales Ops and Marketing to align GTM plans with financial goals and to provide transparent reporting on bookings, pipeline and capacity.

You will develop and maintain financial models, assist with the annual GTM plan, and deliver insights to executives. Requires 3–5 years FP&A, advanced Excel, CRM data experience (Salesforce) and proficiency with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience with Sales or GTM partnership.
• Advanced Excel and CRM data experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM FP&A data and insights.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing for monthly reporting on ARR, bookings, and pipeline.
• Build complex financial models including multi-year projections.
• Support headcount, quota and incentive plan analysis.
• Improve processes with Excel, Workday Planning, and AI tools.
• Own month-end GTM close and variance analysis.
