Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3–5 years FP&A experience with forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, CRM data experience, and AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead for Sales, providing data-driven insight to achieve GTM plans.
• Partner with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting and pipeline analysis.
• Increase automation of processes using Excel improvements and AI tools.
• Support annual GTM planning: headcount, quotas, and sales comp analysis.
• Develop complex financial models and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Own the month-end review process for GTM results and highlight risks and opportunities.
