Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to be a strategic finance partner for GTM teams. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning while helping roll out AI-driven planning tools and scalable processes across Sales, Customer, and Marketing.

You will translate business metrics into actionable financial guidance in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A within SaaS, strong modeling skills, and excellent cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or similar finance role in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer, Marketing, or other customer-facing teams.
• Ability to build and improve financial models and planning processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with FP&A systems and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Customer, and Marketing to lead strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Own budgeting lifecycles and headcount planning for GTM teams.
• Drive rollout of planning tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver clear reporting packages for operating reviews.
• Translate GTM metrics into financial implications for forecasts.
• Improve GTM planning models and automation.
