Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance or accounting experience with FP&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variances.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly bookings forecasts and present to senior leadership.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly global FP&A forecasts.
• Analyze monthly results vs. budgets and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align finance with product roadmap.
• Manage headcount forecasts and HR coordination.
• Prepare commissions analysis and quota planning.
• Calculate monthly commissions and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
