Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) business unit. You will deliver global financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to guide decision-making.

You will drive monthly results presentations, manage annual budgets, and coordinate with senior leaders across finance and operations to ensure accurate forecasts and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variances.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets and update forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align BU roadmap with financial processes.
• Work with supply chain to assess forecast impacts and budgeting needs.
• Review inventory levels and reserves for obsolescence/slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses to support commissions plans.
• Calculate monthly commissions and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
