You will own models, deliver concise insights to C-suite, drive automation, and partner across finance, operations and practice leadership to improve financial performance.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A, advanced analytics, and experience presenting to executives; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS or similar) in finance, analytics or related field preferred.
• CPA or CFA a plus
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics, with a track record of leading complex forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives & across multiple functions to affect solutions.
• Excellent financial modeling & problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence and experience with presentations to various leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Forecasting leadership for FCS at a consolidated level with ownership of results, PDP, gross margin, and adjusted operating profit.
• Own the models and analytical frameworks for building budgets & forecasts.
• Develop and refine transparent, repeatable reporting and models that explain performance drivers.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting packages that summarize performance, explain results, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Build “so what” insights that help leadership understand changes, why it matters, and what actions may improve outcomes.
• Tailor analyses for different leadership audiences.
• Support the full range of analytical, reporting, and strategic needs for FCS.
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts and leadership requests.
• Help prioritize opportunities to improve financial performance and visibility into key business drivers.
• Build and enhance repeatable reporting tools and dashboards; improve efficiency through automation and data governance.
• Ensure outputs are auditable, scalable, and easy for stakeholders to interpret.
• Partner across finance, operations, and practice leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
