Job summary

MASA Global in Fort Lauderdale area is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will drive the annual budget, the quarterly forecast, the multi-year outlook, and the reporting package used by the executive team and investors.

We are a finance organization in build mode, with scope to broaden partnerships with operating leaders, link operating KPIs to financial outcomes, and lead broader enterprise finance leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with finance partner exposure.
• Ownership of full annual budget and forecast cycle in multi‑segment environments.
• Advanced Excel and hands‑on ERP/FP&A system experience; BI visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes with calendars, templates, and deadlines.
• Build multi‑year enterprise financial outlook with scenario analyses.
• Own monthly financial reporting and stakeholder artifacts for executives/investors.
• Own rolling cash flow forecast and working capital analysis with Treasury/Accounting.
• Partner with leaders to assess financial trends and opportunities, driving cost optimization and strategic investments.
