Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning, Analytics and Decision Support to lead enterprise FP&A, Cost Accounting and BI/reporting, aligning management, operations and strategic initiatives with the system CFO.

You will build a high-performing finance team, drive system-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and partner with service lines and IT to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience with five (5)+ years in BI and FP&A leadership.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support business cases for service line growth, recruitment, co-management, and JV arrangements.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to CFO and executive leadership.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and governance of financial and clinical-financial data.
• Lead system-wide budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning across service lines and facilities.
• Own the roadmap for financial dashboards and service line scorecards.
• Drive automation of reporting/forecasting processes to improve speed and accuracy of insight.
