Job summary

Memorial Healthcare is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across service lines and facilities. You will build robust financial models, develop capital business cases, and partner with IT to ensure data integrity in reporting.

The role requires extensive healthcare finance experience, MBA/CPA preferred, and a track record of leading BI and FP&A teams to deliver timely insights for executive leadership and the CFO.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in healthcare finance, with 5+ years in BI and FP&A leadership.
• MBA or CPA preferred; multi-hospital/system experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for service lines and facilities; budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for capital investments and new services.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and governance in financial reporting.
