Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in Watertown, MA seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning across a multi-site organization.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, model building, and management reporting while partnering with executives to improve profitability and cash flow. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, support strategic initiatives, and mentor a finance team to deliver timely, accurate insights for decision-making in a fast-growing advanced

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site operations and partnering with executive leadership to improve performance.
Strong understanding of profitability analysis, cash flow management, OPEX/CAPEX planning, revenue forecasting, and commercial financial analysis.
Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Mansioni

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple sites (OPEX and CAPEX).
Develop/maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools; standardize planning processes.
Partner with executives and site leadership to evaluate performance and provide data-driven insights.
Support S&OP, revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, and financial evaluation of business opportunities.
Monitor profitability and cash flow; present results and drive process improvements.
