Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A leadership experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience building, developing, or managing FP&A functions and processes.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving financial and operational results.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting cycles for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Establish and improve management reporting processes using ERP/financial systems.
• Partner with Site Leadership Teams to drive performance.
• Support S&OP and revenue forecasting by evaluating financial impacts, risks, and opportunities.
• Present financial results and metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide strategic financial guidance on initiatives, investments, and growth.
• Support commercial activities via pricing analysis and revenue modeling.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and key indicators for improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships across departments and influence decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
