Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in the United States to drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities. You will partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate data, and prepare submissions for leadership review.

The role requires strong financial analysis, business insight, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning inputs.
• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional partners to gather assumptions and prepare submissions.
• Coordinate with shared services for close, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
