Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or life sciences industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience leading FP&A functions and driving improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Standardize reporting and planning through ERP and financial systems.
• Partner with site leadership to drive operational and financial performance.
• Support S&OP and revenue forecasting with financial impact analysis.
• Analyze results and present metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide strategic financial guidance on initiatives and investments.
• Assist pricing analysis, margin assessment, and revenue modeling.
• Monitor profitability and cash flow to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build cross‑functional relationships and influence business decisions through data.
