Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in finance, overseeing large or multi-division P&Ls.
• Strong FP&A and strategic finance background with executive-level partnership.
• Experience in a large, global matrixed organization guiding senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with C-suite executives.
• Experience with transformation, restructuring, M&A, and manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, strategic planning, and business performance management across the group.
• Partner with senior executives to evaluate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex financial issues into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Support finance transformation, restructuring, and divestiture-related initiatives.
• Evaluate growth investments, M&A opportunities, and value-creation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
