Job summary

LabConnect seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with the Director of FP&A and cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights that fuel growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires building sophisticated financial models, delivering executive reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations and capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and presenting to boards is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting and executive commentary.
• Support strategy initiatives including M&A evaluations and investment analyses.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to improve visibility into business performance.
