Job summary

Revolution Space is seeking an Sr. FP&A Manager to lead financial modeling, long-range planning, and budgeting. You will build complex multi-year models, support forecasts, and prepare dashboards for senior management.

You will partner with the Leadership Team to provide forward-looking projections, analyze variance, and deliver insights that drive growth and value creation in a fast-growing space tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, business, or accounting.
• 12+ years in dynamic finance roles including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience supporting a U.S. Government Contractor.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Own budgeting process and rolling monthly forecasts.
• Develop analytical models and tools to drive growth and improve decisions.
• Prepare high-level financial packages and dashboards for senior management.
