Starface is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis as we scale. You will report to the SVP of Finance, lead core FP&A processes, and partner across teams to turn data into informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience in a growing, complex business.
• MBA or equivalent background a plus.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into decisions.
• Maintain and evolve financial models including scenario analysis.
• Lead budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis.
• Support month-end close and audits from a finance perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes and improve reporting.
