Job summary

ReSupply is seeking an experienced Principal FP&A Analyst to drive strategic financial planning and data-driven decision making across the company. Based at our Downtown Boston headquarters, you will own forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and executive reporting while partnering with leaders across Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in high-growth environments.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning experience.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and marketplace models.
• Experience with dashboards, board materials, and KPI reporting.
• Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with BI/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic planning.
• Partner with leaders to develop budgets, evaluate investments, and improve performance.
• Prepare monthly executive reports, KPI dashboards, and board materials.
• Deliver variance analyses identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, margins, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
• Support pricing strategy, unit economics, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.
• Build scalable planning processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy.
• Provide monthly compensation results to Accounting for payroll.
• Present insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
• Mentor and develop other Finance team members.
