Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to drive enterprise-wide planning and analysis. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans, delivering insights to guide executive decisions and resource allocation.

You will partner with senior leadership, lead cross-functional planning, and mentor the FP&A team as the organization scales and pursues complex, sustainable projects across sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Senior FP&A exposure including enterprise budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develops enterprise financial models and scenario analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Evaluates financial performance across business units and recommends actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Partners with senior leadership to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and investment analysis.
• Leads process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within financial planning and analysis.
• Coordinates cross-functional planning timelines and deliverables.
• Provides non-managerial leadership, mentorship, and guidance to FP&A team members.
