DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned leader to manage and advance the planning and scheduling functions across the enterprise in the United States. This role partners with executive leadership to steer strategic direction for project planning, scheduling, and resource strategies, leveraging analytics to forecast risks and drive decisions that align with the company’s vision.

The role emphasizes establishing best practices, promoting continuous improvement, and embedding scheduling excellence

Competenze

• 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or related field
• 2–4 years in a managerial capacity
• PMP or PSP certification preferred

• Oversees the project planning and scheduling function and individuals to drive excellence in performance across functions.
• Partners with executive teams and external partners to resolve complex scheduling challenges and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyzes portfolio data to forecast organizational risks and support executive decision-making.
• Presents schedule status, critical path updates, and strategic impacts to senior leadership.
• Establishes enterprise-wide planning standards and documentation requirements.
• Supports schedule risk management activities and coordination of risk inputs with project teams.
