Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis to lead Corporate FP&A, oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and deliver executive reporting. This role partners across Finance, Retail, BI, Accounting and leadership teams to modernize systems and strengthen capabilities.

The candidate will own the financial close, governance of drivers, and development of executive-ready narratives for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field required.
MBA, CPA, CMA or other relevant professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 10+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate development experience with exposure to enterprise planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate FP&A, including close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Establish reporting standards and ownership across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
Oversee three-statement analysis, variance explanations, and working capital.
Own Monthly Business Review and executive reporting.
Drive FP&A systems modernization and data infrastructure.
Partner with IT, BI, and Strategy for scalable planning tools.
