Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a senior leader to manage and optimize the planning and scheduling function across complex projects. You will partner with executive leadership to align strategy, resources, and schedules with business goals, while applying advanced analytics to anticipate risks and drive performance.

In this role, you will establish enterprise-wide standards, mentor teams, and communicate schedule status to C-suite and stakeholders, enabling informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• PMP or PSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the project planning and scheduling function with significant influence across functions.
• Partners with executive teams and external partners to resolve scheduling challenges and optimize resource allocation.
• Leads analysis of portfolio data to forecast risks and support executive decision-making.
• Presents schedule status and strategic impacts to executive leadership and high-level stakeholders.
• Establishes enterprise-wide planning standards, methodologies, and documentation.
• Supports post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
