Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required.
• CPA license and CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Develops enterprise financial models and scenario analyses to inform executive decision‑making.
• Evaluates financial performance across business units and recommends actions.
• Partners with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and investment analysis.
• Leads process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within FP&A.
• Coordinates cross‑functional planning timelines and deliverables and mentors staff.
