Job summary

PRI Technology is seeking a Head of FP&A to be the CFO’s strategic partner for planning, forecasting and performance management across the business.

The role will design FP&A data architecture, build a best-in-class reporting framework, and lead a high-impact FP&A team delivering executive dashboards, KPI reports and investor communications. Automation and AI-enabled analytics will be central to scaling the function.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive FP&A leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design FP&A systems and reporting workflows.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Strong collaboration with commercial and functional leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and train an FP&A organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Design and architect FP&A data structures and reporting infrastructure.
• Govern FP&A data integrity and reporting standards; extend OneStream usage.
• Lead financial business performance reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Act as liaison between FP&A and leadership to drive accountability and informed decisions.
• Prepare and deliver financial content for executives, Board and lenders.
