DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned planning and scheduling leader to drive cross-functional performance and support strategic objectives across portfolios. The role partners with executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and resource strategies.

You will leverage analytics to forecast risks and recommend enterprise-wide improvements. With a focus on establishing leading practices, you will mentor teams, promote risk-informed planning, and support governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsabilités

Oversee the planning and scheduling function across functions with significant influence.
Collaborate with executive teams and external partners to resolve complex schedule challenges and optimize resource allocation.
Analyze portfolio data and performance indicators to forecast risks and inform executive decisions.
Present schedule status and strategic impacts to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Establish enterprise-wide planning and scheduling standards and documentation.
